Mk VII Rollo-Mixer model 98-200/75s batch mixer is shown discharging a plastic pellet mixture for extrusion of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber roofing membrane. Chosen by our customer for its uniform blending consistency, little to now maintenance, and ease of operation. It has a 200-cubic-foot-rated load volume at 75 pounds per cubic foot. Mixer is front-loaded through a material transfer receiver, blends 15,000-pound batches in 3 minutes, and discharges the material into totes.
