Rollo-Mixer® Industrial Batch Mixing Scale-Up
Companies are able to test the Rollo-Mixer® in a 10 cu ft capacity machine and scale up their process 1:1 from pilot tests to production runs. For decades, companies have been able to take advantage of our testing and scale up abilities. We run trials in 5 or 10 cu ft mixers and then scale them up over 100 times to production machines of 200, 400, 750, 1,000 cu ft and more. Our customers find lot homogeneity measurements are equal to or better than the results measured in the original series of pilot runs
