Rotary Drum Mixing & Blending

The unique Continental Rollo-Mixer® is a Rotary Drum Batch Blender and industrial homogenizer for mixing and blending ingredients having a wide variance in particle size, density and proportions, typically in only 6 to 9 revolutions. Product moves by gravity in all planes. The gentle, low-shear, fast-moving, dividing action creates continuous rivers of material which course into and flow through one another in a random confluence. This is why the Rollo-Mixer® provides unmatched blending uniformity and consistency.

Once material is mixed (typically in 2 to 3 min.) the product stays mixed and continues to blend throughout discharge. The Rollo-Mixer® will not damage or degrade product because there are no augers, ribbons or paddles in its design.
